“Before working with Liz I felt burnt out and exhausted a lot of the time. After seeing her for a few weeks I began to notice that I had more energy and got overwhelmed less often. Work became easier because I felt way less triggered by colleagues who weren’t doing their fair share. Instead I was able to notice sensations in my body, identify my feeling and come up with a plan. I highly recommend Liz and her methods. This is the most calm I’ve felt in a long time."

"Liz was referred to me by my therapist, who I have been seeing for a few years after some traumatic events. My therapist suggested that doing some hypnotherapy would be beneficial for some places I felt stuck around. Liz is a great listener, asks the best questions and really encouraged me to create a wellness plan for myself. The tools she has given me are amazing. Now when I’m having a hard time I am able to slow down and use one of the tools I learned with her. Liz is awesome and I wish I had seen her years earlier and saved myself a lot of discomfort. "
I’m a healthcare worker and was on the brink of quitting my job when I started sessions with Liz. I couldn’t handle the work I once loved anymore, especially since the pandemic. I was experiencing bad panic at work and a friend, who is also a healthcare worker, recommended I contact Liz. Honestly, I was skeptical at first. I generally dislike any type of meditation or anything like that. However, I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to enjoy a lot of the exercises we did together. Liz gave me a lot of things to do over the course of several weeks and by week four I was at work and realized halfway through my shift that I hadn’t experienced any anxiety that day. Liz’s work is science based (her understanding of trauma and the nervous system is pretty incredible) and effective. I highly recommend.
“Doing the deep work to change yourself is worth it when you have a skilled guide to help you. Liz is that skilled guide.”
