I’m a healthcare worker and was on the brink of quitting my job when I started sessions with Liz.  I couldn’t handle the work I once loved anymore, especially since the pandemic.  I was experiencing bad panic at work and a friend, who is also a healthcare worker, recommended I contact Liz.  Honestly, I was skeptical at first.  I generally dislike any type of meditation or anything like that.  However, I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to enjoy a lot of the exercises we did together.  Liz gave me a lot of things to do over the course of several weeks and by week four I was at work and realized halfway through my shift that I hadn’t experienced any anxiety that day.  Liz’s work is science based (her understanding of trauma and the nervous system is pretty incredible) and effective.  I highly recommend.
