I’m a healthcare worker and was on the brink of quitting my job when I started sessions with Liz.  I couldn’t handle the work I once loved anymore, especially since the pandemic.  I was experiencing bad panic at work and a friend, who is also a healthcare worker, recommended I contact Liz.  Honestly, I was skeptical at first.  I generally dislike any type of meditation or anything like that.  However, I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to enjoy a lot of the exercises we did together.  Liz gave me a lot of things to do over the course of several weeks and by week four I was at work and realized halfway through my shift that I hadn’t experienced any anxiety that day.  Liz’s work is science based (her understanding of trauma and the nervous system is pretty incredible) and effective.  I highly recommend. 

During pregnancy, I was overwhelmed by the thought of labor, especially as a first-time mom with so many 'what-ifs' running through my mind. My midwife recommended Liz.  Liz’s hypnotherapy sessions helped me build a sense of calm and trust in my body’s ability to give birth.

We worked on specific techniques I could use in labor to stay present and release tension, and when the time came, I felt so much more prepared and in control.

 

After my baby arrived, I was hit with unexpected waves of anxiety—worrying constantly about every little thing. Liz helped me process those fears and gave me practical tools to manage my anxiety in the moment. Her support allowed me to connect with joy in motherhood instead of just feeling lost in the stress. I honestly can’t imagine what my postpartum journey would have looked like without her guidance.
