Hi, I'm Liz!

I’m a hypnotherapist, mind/body coach, yoga teacher and birth/postpartum doula.  I’ve been a practitioner of the healing arts for 15 years.  I hold a BA in Biological Anthropology and MA in Cultural Anthropology.  In additional to working 1:1 with clients in my hypnotherapy/coaching practice, I co-own and operate a perinatal education center in Portland, OR called Birth First Education Center.  I am also the Executive Director for Portland New Family Fund, a nonprofit organization that provides birth doulas, postpartum doulas, lactation consultants and postpartum care packs to low income families.
